Bicycle Rides for Everyone

We are looking forward to sharing with you the hidden corners of one of the world's great cycling destinations. Plans are being made for everyone, from "all day dawdlers" to "sport riders". The bicycles used at our event range from high tech show bikes, to clunkers from the back of the garage.

Our organizing committee has as much as 26 years bicycle event planning experience. We understand that there are many different types of cyclists. We guarantee that every participant will feel a part of our event and that there will be events to match their style of cycling. Whether this is your 21st ACBR, or if you will be one of many who will be experiencing such an event for the first time- if you can bike, there will be rides for you! Each day there are several bike rides. You choose the tour you most want to do. You ride at your own pace. Cycle it with the group, by yourself, or with a few new friends. Each day the rides will visit a point of interest and then return to the Cyclists Village. You will have with you detailed maps and descriptions of all the rides. We will have a van to gladly pick up anyone who becomes tired. You may pedal along with the group, go ahead of them, or if you want, take more time and ride behind them.Tour distances are approximate - final routings and days will be in our confirmation materials. We have scheduled several easy rides. These are at a relaxed pace, with experienced cyclists from the area as escorts. You will be able to take as much time during the day as you need to cover these routes. Riders take frequent breaks and have a lengthy lunch rest stop on these tours.
