for several rides, Windsor is the starting
point for this tour of the Nova
Scotia Bicycle Book , going to the
old shipbuilding village of Newport
Landing.
Along the way you will visit the Meander
River, among the best places to see
Nova Scotia's famous tidal bore. It
can vary here, from 26 cm (10 in.) to
1 m (32 in.), depending on the moon
and other factors.
The total distance is 48 KM (30 miles).
There are options you can add for a
longer route, and if you start at the
village Brooklyn, you can also make
it a shorter run.
